Wow. This was my first reaction when hearing the powerful, melodic and layered sound of this Texan band. The first track draws you in with its simple piano sound cresendoing to a crunchy (but not very heavy) guitar sound with a great sounding drum kit providing a good beat. The guitar sound is the main melodic force throughout this 6-track album, especially as there are no vocals. I can't quite explain the sound, but go on their myspace and have a listen. I really recommend this album, I loved it. The best album I've ever heard. so far..
