An Icelandic band similar to Sigur Ros, with simple beats and ambient layers of sound. Some songs are excellent with real drive and power (for example 1. I'm 9 today) but others seem to drag on with no purpose or aim (e.g 3. There is a Number of Small Things). It's a pity that minutes of brillance are mingled in with what almost seems like 'filler' material. The album is good as background music, in that you will not notice it playing mostly, until a particulary interesting moment arises. But to listen as a full album in a dark room (in my opinion the best way to listen to music), this feels overly complicated with too many layers of sound.
